Are you ready for a Restart?

At one point or another in our lives, we reach a place where all we want is a fresh start. Unfortunately, in the hustle and bustle of life, we never make the time to go deep enough to figure out what's really holding us back.

We spend our time and energy trying to fix a certain behavior, but then we get frustrated and become hopeless when the behavior doesn’t stay fixed. The truth is, we need to change our thinking before we can truly change our doing, and so that’s what this challenge is all about.

During this 7 day challenge we won't be sharing the latest and greatest diets with you, and we won't be asking you to do a daily workout. For the these first 7 days, we are setting you up for success by helping you change the way you think. I truly believe if you come into this "Restart Week" with an open heart and you put in the time each day you will be ready to make changes that will actually last. Whether it's problems with emotional eating, working out consistently or any other behavior you want to change, we're here to tell you that your "restart" begins with changing your thoughts. Our desire behind our "Restart Week" is to help you break free from whatever it is that's holding you back from living fully. Today is a new day, and God is doing a NEW thing in you.

Here's how it works, for the first 7 days we will email you daily assignments (it will take no more than 30 min.. These assignments include a verse, quote, song, question and action step. If you'll continue reading below, you'll notice that we have a few things we'd like you to start thinking about before you you get started on day 1.

After the 7 days you will be ready to put into action what you've learned. We will then offer you a 30 Day Fitness Calendar that includes a daily Bible verse, workout and menu plan!  Opening up your heart is up to you, but the transformation and work is up to God!

Sign up for our Restart Week below, and start fresh TODAY.

Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
— Isaiah 43:18-19

Here's what to start thinking about to prepare you for your Restart

Over the next few days, here's our checklist for you:

  • You'll need to have your bible (if you don't have one you can use
  • You'll need a journal or notebook
  • Start to think, pray and maybe even journal the answers to these questions:
    • What is it that you want to change?
    • Why do you want to change?
    • What is at stake if you don't make this change?
    • What would life look like if you did change?
  • Invite someone to do the Restart Week with you! (if you have someone doing this with you it will increase your odds of sticking with it by 50%)

We hope you're as excited about this Restart as we are!

What our followers have to say about Restart Week:

I’m in a situation where I feel like I keep hitting brick walls with my daily exercise. I moved to another state that does not put health high on the list of priorities, so making new friends that can be accountability partners hasn’t happened. This has reminded me that through Jesus I can do whatever I set my mind and heart to.

Tear down and rebuild. I love the visual as I pray and open my heart to God’s Will in my life. Thank you for your being a light in the darkness and giving us refreshing tools to help us find our way. I look forward to the upcoming month and where God leads me!

The format was so Inspiring with the scripture and the music. I have read the scriptures before, but my eyes were opened to believing who I am in God’s eyes instead of my story being my truth. I am who GOD created me to be in spite of my disbelief, GOD showed me through this week I am HIS and I am loved because He created me for HIS PURPOSE. I want to honor HIM by restarting and believing all He says I am.

I praise God for you and your staff. .The lessons were so powerful and spirit filled. I was impacted by all of the days, but the one that really stayed with me was day 3. Time to breakdown lies and limiting beliefs. (DEMOLITION TIME). This week has taken that spirit of fear away. Praise God. The quote from that day [day 3] made me cry as this was me. Always trying it alone and having repeated failures. This has been the best week of peace for me. I looked forward each day for the lessons. I no longer believe the lies and I am moving forward with God’s help. I really can’t express how grateful I am for your ministry. I look forward to the coming days.God bless you all.
