I love faithful workouts! I had exercised to some of your videos on tv some time ago, on and off. I really liked the christian music and your messages. Then recently I decide to sign up to be a member of Faithful workouts. I am so happy that I did. I look forward everyday to doing the exercises and hearing your inspirational messages. I love the recipes, which I have made quite a few different dishes and they are all delicious. Thank you so much. You have blessed my family in many ways. 💖
I have been with Faithful Workouts since 2015. Along with getting physically fit the messages have helped deepen my faith. I never thought of asking for God's help to get healthy, but it has been with His help I have been able to stick with. I could go on and on. But I will just say. Thank you God for leading me to Faithful Workouts. Please continue to bless Michelle and her helpers so that they can continue to bless others with this wonderful ministry.

The Faith, Fitness, Food concept reminds me of God’s command to love Him with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength. I love setting goals to remind me to be well-rounded. I am a runner in the state of Michigan, so I also appreciate options for exercise in the winter months and for days when I need cross training. Michelle inspires me to keep exercising, so that I do not struggle with dementia and diabetes as my parents do. I want to be healthy for the next 45 years!
I was looking for a faith based workouts and found Faithful Workouts doing a Youtube search . It has been such a blessing I’m feeling stronger in my body and the music and especially Michelle’s uplifting comments , stories and words of encouragement keep me coming back every day . I’ve never continued a program consistently until this one. My weight is slowly coming down and I love the recipes too. I definitely believe God led me here. Thank you Michelle Spadafora for creating this program and this group. Thank you God most of all for leading me here. ❤️
