Our daily menu plans (complete with grocery lists) are put in place to help you start to eat healthy again, and our cooking videos and recipes are a great way to learn what's really nutritious, and to help you start expanding your own cooking comfort zone. 

Faith & Fitness Calendar: Struggling to figure out which workout video to do? Looking for daily inspiration? Our new calendars list daily workout plans, short, inspirational messages, PLUS a little friendly competition with prizes! Our calendars come with challenges and goal sheets, so you're always motivated both physically and spiritually.

Monthly Facebook Live Discussions: Want to learn more about faith, fitness and food? Want to ask Michelle questions? Each month you can participate in our Facebook live's which will cover topics that will help you throughout your health journey (and if you can’t watch the our videos live, you’ll be able to watch the recorded version later). The topics for these Facebook Live's are determined by how we can best serve and encourage you!

Walking/Running Podcasts - Take FW with you on your next walk/run. We will walk your through how to download our podcasts, then you’ll just need to put in your earphones and take off. While listening to our upbeat Christian music, you’ll be reminded to keep your core tight, to drink water to pick up the pace…AND you will hear God’s word through the verses that I read to you throughout the workout! 

Faithful and Fit Facebook Community Group and Fitness Forum: Our Facebook Group is a community of people on the same health journey as you. It's a place where you can come and be encouraged, be held accountable, and ask questions of others on the same health journey as you. You'll also be able to access and participate in our fitness forum - another place where you can meet and encourage other members of our Faithful Workouts community.
