Food: 

Drink at least 64 oz of water. 8 X 8 Rule: 8 glasses, 8 times a day! AND, eat a breakfast that does not include bread, cereal, waffle, muffins.... just protein, fruit or vegetable. You can do this!


Faith:

Psalm 32:8 The LORD says, "I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you"

He will advise us. He says it multiple times in his word. But will we slow down enough and remain quiet enough to listen to what he has to say?
