Health Challenge: Day 24

Fitness Challenge:

CHOOSE THE WORKOUT VIDEO THAT IS BEST FOR YOU!

Beginner (Do low-impact option)

Intermediate

Advanced (this one's really tough. Even if you only do half of it, you'll still get in a great workout!)


Food:

Eat at least 15 grams of fiber today. - Vegetables: The darker the color the higher the fiber.  Fiber is great for digestion as well as helping you stay feeling full!


Faith:

Psalm 34:17 The godly cry out and the LORD hears; he saves them from their troubles

God has saved you once through Jesus, but that doesn't mean he's done saving you. If you need to be rescued from something, ask him to help you. Ask him to be your savior once again (because the truth is, he never stopped!)
