No processed food today! This is a hard one, seeing as everything is processed these days, from ketchup to crackers, but it's only for one day. You can do this!
*How do you tell is something is processed? Well, if it comes in a package and has a list of ingredients, that's a good indicator. Stick to whole foods today! Baked potatoes, homemade soups and salads, omelets, veggie and rice stir-fries, etc.
