Health Challenge: Day 16

Fitness Challenge:

Food:

DON'T FINISH EVERYTHING ON YOUR PLATE! Today's challenge addresses this myth that we have to finish everything on our plates. I'm not about wasting food, but that's why someone invented To-Go bags. If you're out to eat, be prepared to take something home. If you're eating at home, stop when yo've had enough and put the rest away for a snack later :)


Faith:

1 Corinthians 16:13 "Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong."

Be on your guard today. Be careful, not just about the things you're eating and putting into your body, but of the movies you watch, the music you listen to and the people that you let speak into your life. Be firm in your faith and put God first, and all else will follow.
