Fitness Challenge:

Choose the workout video that is best for you!

Food Challenge:

Drink at least 56 ounces of water AND eat no more than 2 servings of grains (Grains include crackers,  bread, pasta, rice......too often we turn to grains instead of fresh fruit or vegetables. Instead of toast with an egg try steamed spinach with an egg on top. Instead of pasta use spaghetti squash)


Faith Challenge:

Isaiah 40:29 "He gives power to the weak, and strength to the powerless"

Too often we try to do things with our own power and forget to turn to God for help. As you try and make healthy lifestyle changes you need to know God is there to help. As you draw closer to Him, the Bible tells us we will have more self-control. Pray and ask God to help you on your journey to better health.
