Psalm 18:34 "He trains my hands for battle; he strengthens my arm to draw a bronze bow"

When you go through challenges you need to know that it is God who strengthen you. It's important to ask friends for help, but God is the one who makes us strong. God is the one who can set us free from strongholds.
