Keep track of how many grams of added sugar you eat today. You do not have to count the sugar that is naturally in fruit, vegetables or dairy but ALL other sugar we want you to keep track of. Our hope is this will open your eyes to how much sugar is in the foods you eat.

God created food first and foremost to give our bodies strength, energy and health. He did create it for our enjoyment too but He did not create it to comfort us. He is our Comforter.
