Your plan includes 60 workout videos for all fitness levels. If you are looking for low impact or HIIT we have the workout for you. If you love to dance or need slow stretching you're at the right place. All our workouts include upbeat, Christian music and inspiring, Biblical messages. Bonus - if you have kids who want to workout with you, rest assured that you will not hear any foul language or see half naked bodies. 

NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT:

If you want to eat healthy but have limited time we have loads of recipes that use less then 5 ingredients and take only minutes to cook. With our online cookbook, 100s of recipes are only a click away! If you have a specific diet and need vegetarian or gluten and dairy free recipes, you are in the right place!

14 DAY KICK START:

This plan includes an inspirational video, level specific workouts, meal plans, and faith encouragement every day for 14 days. The first two weeks are so important when trying to implement change, and we want to set you up for success!

If you are new to the Bible or want to make it part of your daily routine but don’t know where to start, our 40 Day Bible Reading Plan shares a daily plan to get you started! Each day you can just click on the tab and be directed to a chapter in the Bible. Nothing is more important in our journey to better health than spending time in the Bible which is God’s instruction book to us.
