It's February! Congrats to all those who participated and survived our 31-day challenge! We know how hard it can be to stick to those healthy habits - especially when they're new for you - so congrats to all who joined us. For the rest of this week, we're focusing on hope. Do you have hope for your future? For your health? If not, why? Hopefully these words will encourage you to always cling to hope, not matter what your circumstances tell you.
You will be secure, because there is hope; you will look about you and take your rest in safety. You will lie down, with no one to make you afraid, and many will court your favor.
