3 Large Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
3 Thick Cut Turkey Slices (sub red pepper strips for vegetarian)
6 Slices of Tomatoes
6 Slices Cucumber
1 Slice Cheese Cut into Thirds (dairy-free cheese optional)
Place 1 slice turkey, 2 tomato slices, 2 cucumber slices and 1/3 slice cheese in center of each lettuce leaf. Spread Dijon mustard. Wrap lettuce around the turkey, cheese and vegetables.
