Salmon Wraps



1 Cup Crumbled Salmon

1 Avocado, Diced

2 Tblsp. Low-Fat Plain Yogurt ( or substitute with dairy-free yogurt)

1 Tblsp. Dijon Mustard

1 Tblsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Slice Uncured Cooked Bacon - Crumbled

8 Sliced of Tomato

4 Large Lettuce Leaves



Mix the first 6 ingredients together.  Put a scoop of the salmon mixture inside each lettuce leaf. Top with a slice of tomato, wrap it up and enjoy!!
