4 oz. Sliced Chicken
3 Large Red Leaf or Romaine Pieces of Lettuce
1 Cup Quinoa
1/2 Cup Salsa
2 Tblsp. Greek Cultured Coconut Milk or dairy-free yogurt
1 Tomato, Diced
Mix chicken, quinoa, salsa, dairy-free yogurt or cultured coconut milk and tomato. Place Ingredients in in pieces of lettuce and roll up.
