Hummus

Ingredients:

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup plain yogurt or Tahini for Dairy Free

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (Organic is best)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

 Directions:

Put all ingredients except parsley in a blender. Process until smooth. Put in a bowl and stir in parley and serve.
