Halibut with White Beans and Tomatoes


1/2 cup dry white wine

1/2 cup vegetable broth

2 garlic coves

4 Halibut fillets

2 cups chopped tomatoes

1 16oz can white beans, drained and rinsed

1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped



Add broth, wine and garlic in a large pan. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add halibut and cook for 5 minutes covered. Add, beans and rosemary and cook covered for additional 3 minutes or until Halibut is cooked.
