2 organic corn or whole wheat tortillas (use corn tortillas for gluten-free)
4 oz. cooked fish of your choice (I like mahi mahi or salmon)
1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
1 mango diced
1/3 cup salsa
1/2 red pepper sliced
2 tblsp plain low-fat yogurt
Place 1/2 of fish, cabbage, mango, salsa and red pepper in each tortilla and top with yogurt. Roll up and enjoy!
