Chicken Margarita


4 Cooked Chicken Breast (grilled of sautéed are best)

8 Slices of Tomatoes

4 Sliced of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

1 Cup of Pesto Sauce - click here for Recipe


Preheat oven to 350°. Place Cooked chicken breasts in bottom of pan. Pour 1/4 cup pesto sauce over each breast. Place 2 tomato slices on each breast and top with 1 slice of fresh mozzarella. Cover with foil and cook until warmed throughout (approximately 15 minutes). Remove foil and broil until cheese is melted and bubbling.
