
Ingredients:
4 Cups Diced Turkey or Chicken Breast
1 Cup Diced Apples
1/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup Chopped Cashews (or any other nut)
2/3 Cup Plain Yogurt (or substitute for dairy-free yogurt)
2 Tblsp Mayonaise (optional)
1 Tblsp Dried Tarragon or 1/3 Cup Fresh Tarragon
Directions:
