New Summer Challenge

This summer we are challenging you for a week to accomplish these goals! If you can complete every faith, fitness, and food challenge for the entire week you can be entered in a drawing for a free DVD. This Saturday send us an email saying that you completed all the challenges!

Faith Challenges-

Read a proverb every day this week according to the day on the calendar. EX: Today is the 11th so you would read proverb 11.

Fitness Challenges- (complete all 3 chosen for your fitness level over the course of the week).

Food Challenge-

M-W Drink 60 ounces of water (if you are getting a late start on the challenge drink 30 ounces for today).

TH-F Eat a breakfast free of bread. Skip bagels, toast, muffins, tortillas, etc. Include at least 3 servings of fresh vegetables with dinner.
