This was truly some of the best chicken we've ever tasted and it was so simple. When I gave it to my husband he said, "Best chicken I've ever tasted!" and my son Quinn said, "You have to always make it this way!" 

Mix together 1 tbsp Apricot Preserves/Jam, 1 tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce and 1 tbsp spicy mustard. 

Then coat 2 lbs of chicken thighs. Put on the grill with med./high heat. Cook until slightly charred on the outside and cooked throughout. It's that simple but so delicious.
