I'm Michelle Spadafora, and I want to personally welcome you to Faithful Workouts! I've been in the fitness industry since 1984 and have met so many people who struggle to consistently make healthy choices. I've listened to their frustrations and wanted to offer them a program that would allow them to reach their goals. While praying, I felt like God was asking me to take a totally new approach to fitness. It's because of the stories from people like you and from God's prompting that I created our Faithful & Fit Plan.

Exercise Videos:

Your plan includes 100's of workout videos for all fitness levels. If you are looking for low impact or HIIT we have the workout for you. If you love to dance or need slow stretching you're at the right place. All our workouts include upbeat, Christian music and inspiring, Biblical messages. Bonus - if you have kids who want to workout with you, rest assured that you will not hear any foul language or see half naked bodies. 

Nutritional Support:

If you want to eat healthy but have limited time we have loads of recipes that use less then 5 ingredients and take only minutes to cook. If you love to sit back and watch cooking shows your plan includes access to all our episodes of  our cooking show "The Fresh Table".  If you're looking for direction when it comes to meal planning we've got your covered with our weekly menu planner.
