Heavy Weight Total Body
We've got a great, total body workout for you here. This workout works best with heavy weights (but can be done with light weights as well). Resistance training is so important for our bodies and our brains, and, although many people seem to prefer cardio for weight lose, lifting weights actually slashes more calories. In this workout we'll use heavy weights to work every part of our body. If you're ready to be sore tomorrow, let's do this!
