I know there are millions of diet and exercise programs out there. I also know 95% of them fail. This video shows the biggest difference between other programs and Faithful Workouts. If you want to break free from fitness frustration and live life to the fullest you need to put God at the CENTER of all you do. 

We talk so much about a balanced life - I'm actually OK if my life is a bit out of balance but what I don't want is to live in such a way that God is not at the center of all I do. My fear is not that I don't get enough done, my fear is that I waste my time doing ANYTHING that is outside God's plan for my day. 

Keeping God at the center of all I do means He needs to be involved in how I care for my body. I need to treat my body properly so I have the strength and energy to respond to ANYTHING God asks of me.  I need to treat my body properly so I can live life to the fullest.

Close your eyes and imagine your ideal life in 5, 10, 20 years (like right now, close your eyes and think about this) - in this ideal life do you see yourself attending multiple Dr. appts each week because your health is failing or do you see yourself healthy, inspired, energized? What can you do today so that you can live out your ideal life. I know there are no guarantees and I could die tomorrow, but I am doing what I can and I pray God will continue to bless me with great health for His glory!!
