**UPDATE: We've got FOUR, new videos for you! Check them out today: the first is a more beginner level workout called "10 minute workout with me and my Mom," and the second is a stretch/cool down called "Cool Down: Joy and Pain." The other two are advanced workouts called, "Heavy Weight Total Body," and "Intense Total Body Weight Workout." Keep checking back as we'll have more on the way!

You did it! We're so glad that you've committed yourself to not only better physical and spiritual health, but also to our Faithful Workouts' community. The email address and password that you set-up in the previous step as you registered for your plan will be the information you need to login to our membership site. Don't lose it! From now on when you go to our website, look for the "login" tab, enter your login information and you'll have access to everything you need! 

Now, whether you want to find a workout video, check out our monthly Faith & Fitness calendar, find a great recipe for tonight's dinner or start listening to our podcasts, all the information you need is right in that sidebar to the left! I've been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years, and I've learned a thing or two in my time there. We've designed our f4 plan to set people up for success, but change takes time - whether it's your family's eating habits or your exercise regime - and we created this f4 plan so that you don't have to do it alone!
