A lot of us out there struggle with eating healthy. Sometimes, we're confused about what it even means to eat healthy - where do I even start? For others, we can do eat right for a week or two, but then we start falling back into old habits. I want you to break free from whatever is holding you back from eating and feeling better, and in this webinar, we bring you 3 practical, sustainable tips to get you back on track to eating and feeling healthy again.
How do our webinars work?
When you sign up for the f4 Plan you are automatically enrolled in our webinar series. Two days before the webinar you will be emailed a reminder for the upcoming webinar. Again, 15 minutes before the webinar you will be sent a reminder email with your login information. All you need to do it click on the link at the start of the webinar and you will be ready to learn how to improve your health.
The live webinars will be interactive. We will be asking you questions and asking you to send in your questions to us. You will be able to chat with us if you are on a computer. Unfortunately the chat feature doesn't work from a phone.
