In this video, we really want to address how to stay motivated, and how to make the healthy changes you've been working towards permanent! We know that so many people make a lot of health goals in the month of January, but we want your goals and changes to be sustainable and life-long! If you have any specific questions for me (Michelle) about making changes permanent, or how to stay motivated, email Bree (email@example.com) and we will try to address your questions and concerns in the video! We'll be sending this video out mid-way through January to everyone on our f4 plan, so be on the look out for that!
How do our webinars work?
When you sign up for the f4 Plan you are automatically enrolled in our webinar series. Two days before the webinar you will be emailed** a reminder for the upcoming webinar. Again, 15 minutes before the webinar you will be sent a reminder email with your login link. All you need to do it click on the link at the start of the webinar, and you will be ready to learn how to improve your health.
The live webinars will be interactive. We will be asking you questions and asking you to send in your questions to us. You will be able to chat with us if you are on a computer. Unfortunately the chat feature doesn't work from a phone.
