This warm-up is great to do before our other 10 minute workouts or before going for a run or bike ride. An effective warm-up prepares your body for your workout and that's what this video does. We use a combination of low impact aerobics with dynamic (moving) stretches. This workout combines with our other 10 minute workouts allows you to create a customized workout that's perfect for you!
