Walker Workout

Length of Workout: 14 Minutes

Equipment Used: Walker, Chair and Exercise Band (optional)

My heart's desire is for everyone to experience the joy of a healthy, strong body. As we age we don't have to stop exercising. I believe there is always something we can do. This workout is for those who use a walker and need to take it a bit slower. Be thankful for the exercises you CAN do and don't worry about the ones you can't do!
