This 28 minute, total body workout will teach you how to workout at a level that is best for your body. As you get stronger you can switch from following Paula, to Michelle and Ron, and then move on to high impact exercises with Francis. 

You will get cardio, strength, core, balance and flexibility exercise all in this workout.
