It's so important that we keep our body moving and our muscles strong. This is a great workout for those who need to take it a bit slower. This workout features strength and cardio exercises to keep you moving, with most over done in a chair.
If you know anyone who thinks they are just too old to exercise - share this with them. My mom is 85 and my mother-in-law is 78 and they star in this workout!!
