PAZAZ: Start Dancing

If you love to dance, but your body is telling you to slow it down a bit, this is a workout for you. If your heart still wants to dance, but you're a bit shaky on your feet, you can do this entire workout sitting down. You will be having so much fun during this workout you won't even know you're exercising!
