Our Comprehensive Approach to Health

Health is about so much more than a number on the scale or a certain body shape. There are very skinny people that are very unhealthy, and larger people who are actually very healthy. Weight doesn't always reflect health or strength, and obsessing about our weight definitely is not God's best for us.

Faithful Workouts was started to give people hope again, and show them, step-by-step, how to change their eating habits, exercise habits, and their lives in a way that is sustainable. By putting God at the center of all we do, we not only honor him with our bodies but we invite him in to our health journey! God really does want to be a part of everything we do, and our health is not different.

A lot of people think it's selfish to spend time intentionally taking care of ourselves when so many people seem to need to many things from us throughout the day - but the truth of the matter is, if you don't put time and energy into taking care of yourself now, it's very likely that your loved ones will have to put time into taking care of you later.

So. We say no to shame and guilt and condemnation and fad-diets and quick fixes and yes to peace and joy and energy and health! You can do this. You really can.
