Day 3:

Breakfast

Put leftover asparagus and tomatoes in a small pan with 1/4 cup vegetable or chicken broth. Warm over medium heat and then gently add an egg on top of veggies. Cover and cook 4-5 minutes.

Raw Vegetables with 1/4 Cup Hummus- Recipe
