Day 2:

Whole Wheat Muffin with 1 tsp. Peanut Butter

1 egg cooked your favorite way

Lamb and Veggie Wrap - place lamb, peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers in a whole wheat tortilla add low-fat plain Greek yogurt and sprinkle with dill. Can also wrap it in 2 large romaine lettuce leaves.

Leftover Greek Soup or 1/2 banana

Dinner

Tarragon Chicken (make extra for lunch tomorrow): Recipe
