Our workout programs include uplifting Christian music and Biblical messages. Our messages speak of God's love for us and His desire to work in us and through us in all parts of our lives– including our physical fitness. 

How does Faith impact the way you approach your workout programs?

At Faithful Workouts we believe that God needs to be at the center of all that we do, including how we approach our workout programs. And we believe that spiritual fitness and physical fitness go hand-in- hand.

When you understand that God loves you, He’s in control and He cares about all parts of your life, stress will leave and allow peace to come in.

Most workout programs address exercise and nutrition but they don’t address, stress, peace, joy, love, serving others..... which are all so important and actually affect your physical health 

Stress negatively affects your health.

  • Stress can cause headaches, high blood pressure, stomach, heart and sleeping problems, diabetes, skin conditions, asthma, arthritis, depression, and anxiety. 

Your workout programs must address stress. If you want to truly LIVE you must allow peace, love, joy, and purpose to come into your life and push stress out. God promises when you draw close to Him, you will experience love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
