I was so excited to make this video with my mom. She is such an amazing person and has been a great role model for me. Her body makes it difficult for her to exercise, but she doesn't use it as an excuse to not exercise. She keeps moving and focuses on what she can do. She used to be a top tennis player, amazing at golf, learned to wind surf at 65, skied until she was 76. She has those great memories, but more importantly, she tries to keep her eyes on the health she does have instead of the challenges she does have.
