Ultimate Bar



1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds

1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

1 Cup Brazil Nuts, Walnuts, Pecans or Almonds

2 Cups Dates, Pitted and Stems Removed

1 Banana

1/2 Cup Peanut or Almond Butter

1/2 Cup Shredded Unsweetened Shredded Coconut 


Put all ingredients into food processor and pulse until ingredients begin to stick together. Press into a 9" square pan and refridgerate for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve. You can wrap into single servings and freeze for later enjoyment. Can be a bit crumbly so you might want a plate or napkin when you eat them!
