Strawberry Crisp



3 cups sliced strawberries

1 banana Sliced

2 tblsp. Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 cup unsweetened apple sauce

3/4 cup almond, coconut or whole wheat flour 

1/4 cup ground flaxseed

½ tsp cinnamon


Put diced strawberries and bananas in a 8 x 8 pan. Pour vinegar over them and stir. Combine coconut oil, apple sauce, flour, flaxseed and cinnamon together. Crumble this mixture over strawberries. Bake in preheated oven at 375 for approximately 40 minutes.
