Roasted Asparagus


1 pound fresh asparagus (green beans or broccoli  are a good option too)

1 tblsp grated parmesan cheese

1 tblsp olive oil


Cut off bottom ¼ of asparagus (this part is typically tough). Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse asparagus and place in single layer on large baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle parmesan cheese. Cook for approximately 15 minutes.
