Pork or Beef Stroganoff


1 lb. pork tenderloin or beef, sliced thin

1 Medium onion, chopped

2 tbsp gluten free flour (almond flour)

3 cups sliced mushrooms

2 tsp worcestershire sauce (may substitute low-sodium soy sauce) 

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1.5 cup almond or cashew milk

6 servings of gluten free pasta (cook as directed)

Chives (optional)


Slice meat fairly thin and cook with mushrooms and onions in large skillet. Once cooked through, remove pork, mushrooms, and onions and place in a bowl, leaving drippings in skillet. Add gluten free flour to skillet, stir slowly. Add almond milk, whisking to thicken, followed by salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Add meat, mushrooms, and onions back into skillet with sauce, stir, and heat through. Serve over gluten free pasta, top with chives if desired, and enjoy!
