Guiltless Desserts

You no longer need to feel guilty for having dessert. Here are 5 ways to finish off a meal that won't take you off your path to better health. 


1. Plain yogurt, splash of fresh OJ, fresh blueberries and slivered almonds

2. Sliced bananas cooked in a little coconut oil. Top with toasted, unsweetened coconut

3. Strawberry, dipped into good quality dark chocolate. I dip just 1 side into the chocolate & it has plenty of flavor

4. Diced pineapple cooked in coconut oil. Sprinkle with cinnemon & nutmeg. Mix plain yogurt with just a squirt of honey. Top pineapple with yogurt/honey. 

5. Pitted dates with a tiny dollop of almond butter
