Curried Chicken Salad



  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt (or substitute with dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1.5 tsps.curry powder
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 4 med. lettuce leaves (Boston Bibb or Romaine are best)


Combine first 5 ingredients. Place 1/4 of chicken mixture in center  of lettuce leaf and wrap. 

Serves: 2
