- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt (or substitute with dairy-free yogurt)
- 1.5 tsps.curry powder
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 4 med. lettuce leaves (Boston Bibb or Romaine are best)
Combine first 5 ingredients. Place 1/4 of chicken mixture in center of lettuce leaf and wrap.
