Blueberry Smoothie Bowl


1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1/2 Frozen Banana

1/2 Cup Cashew, Almond or Coconut Milk

Water (if needed)

1/2 Cup Slided Strawberries

2 Tblsp. Chopped Pecans

1/2 Banana Sliced


Place frozen blueberries, frozen banana and milk in blender. Blend until smooth but still thick. If needed add small amount of water to fully blend. Put blueberry mixture in bowl and top with strawberries, pecans and banana slices. Option: Put blueberry mixture in bowl and freeze for 30 min. to make it more like ice cream.
