Asian Chicken Salad




1 Tblsp Honey

2 Tsp Soy Sauce or Liquid Amino Acids (low sodium or gluten free soy sauce if necessary)

1 Tblsp Sesame Oil (make sure brand of choice is gluten-free)

1 Tblsp Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar

1 Tsp Grated Ginger



4 Cups Shredded Lettuce

2 Cups Shredded Cabbage

1 Cup Shredded Carrots

1/2  Cup Diced Green Onion

2 Chicken Breast, in Bite Size Piecee

1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil



Put all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Assemble all ingredients on 4 plates. Pour dressing over salad.
