Almond Bars



1 Cup Almonds

1 Tblsp. Ginger, Peeled and Minced

1 Cup Prunes

1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds

2 Tblsp. Pure Maple Syrup


Process all ingredients except syrup until corasly ground. Add syrup and quickly pulse to blend. Press mixture into 9" square pan. Put in fridge for at least an hour. 

Serves: 12 Bars
