Mango & Avocado Salad

You can eat this as a side salad. You can jazz up your meal by adding a scoop on this on top of grilled chicken or fish. AND you can add some diced chicken into the salad to make it a meal!


1 Large Peeled and Diced Mango

2 Large, Diced Avocado

1 Large,, Diced Red Pepper

1 Cup (Leaves Only) Cilantro

Juice of 1/2 a Lime

1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder

1/3 Cup Olive Oil 


Add all ingredients in a bowl and gently stir. 


6 side salads or 3 entree salads
