Workout Wednesday: Don't Let Your Age Limit You

It makes me sad that so many people think they are too old to workout. I hope I will be working out until my last days on earth. I know, I will need to make adjustments to my workouts, but I want to keep on moving as long as I can!!

If you are in the second half of your life and want to be inspired to start exercising, check out these workouts. Judy is 68, Kathy is 63, Sharon is 49 (it was her birthday when we filmed all of these) and I'm 53. I've been able to workout with Kathy and Judy for about 10 years and I believe they are able to do these tough workouts because they have consistently worked out week after week for years!! 

Kathy is a flight attendant, when she is in town she is always at class and she's great about working out on her layovers. Judy comes on average 3 times a week and she also is a landscape architect which keeps her moving too. 

No matter what age you are, you need to workout. You might not be able to keep up with Judy and Kathy right away, but if you consistently workout you will get stronger. If you are just starting out exercising, our f3 Plan has great beginner workouts too.
