Weekly Workout Plan for Stronger Legs

My hope is that my legs will always be strong enough to take me where ever God wants me to go. I know there are no guarantees when it comes to our health, but my commitment is to do all I can to keep my body strong.

Here are 5 great workouts that will improve the strength of your legs (also some good cardio, core and upper body included). Let me know what you think of this routine at the end of the week. 

These are not beginner workouts so please listen to your body and make good form your top priority! Just click on the workouts to start strengthening your legs

Monday - Lower Body Blast
