The Oh So Important Core

If you want to continue doing the things you love to do, then you have to keep your core strong. Biking, running, tennis, playing with your grandkids or your own kids.... you need a strong core. This workout strengthens your core and as a bonus you get some flutes, inner thigh and we finish with stretching.
